What Milo Tennis is

Milo Tennis helps you find nearby players, schedule matches, chat with people you're matched with, and track your results. These terms cover your use of the app.

Your account

You need an account to use Milo Tennis, created with your email, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for the information on your profile and for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Milo Tennis.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Milo Tennis has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This means:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam, impersonation, and any behavior that makes another player feel unsafe are not allowed — on your profile, in chat, or anywhere else in the app.
• Every player can report another player or a message in two taps, from a conversation or from a player's profile.
• We review every report and act on it within 24 hours.
• Accounts found in violation may have content removed, be blocked from matching with the reporting player, or be removed from Milo Tennis entirely — temporarily or permanently, at our discretion, depending on the severity of the violation.
• You can also block another player directly. Blocking immediately ends any upcoming match and pending invite between you and hides you from each other going forward.

Playing safely

Milo Tennis helps you find people to play tennis with; it does not run background checks on players and cannot guarantee anyone's identity, skill claims, or behavior off the app. Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and trust your judgment. Report anything that feels wrong.

Acceptable use

Don't use Milo Tennis to:

• Impersonate someone else or create a fake profile.
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to harm another player.
• Attempt to access another player's account or bypass the app's security.
• Use the app for anything illegal.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (your bio, photo, and messages), but you give us permission to store and display it within the app so it works the way it's supposed to — showing your profile to other players, delivering your messages to the person you're chatting with, and so on.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion has a 30-day grace period during which your account is hidden but not yet erased; after 30 days it's permanent. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including the zero-tolerance policy above, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a safety risk to other players.

Disclaimers

Milo Tennis is provided "as is." We work to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that any particular match will happen.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and let you know in the app.
